Brand pain™ is our term for a brand that's struggling or failing in certain ways and where this is impacting on the commercial performance of the business.
When we say we fix brand pain™ this means that we positively improve the sales, profit and market share of the brand owner by changing consumer attitudes to the brand and consumer behaviour.
Dependent on the brand pain™ our work could entail an influential marketing campaign, a re-positioning exercise, a new communications strategy, creating a new brand or changes to how you plan and activate your communications.
We look at social media strategy, provide detailed consumer insights and evaluate media plans. Our clients also invite us in to develop stakeholder engagement programmes, corporate responsibility strategies or improvements to their PR, media or advertising. We also have a suite of training tools available for clients to develop their teams.
