Corporate responsibility - case study
We were asked by a national restaurant chain to work with them to identify how becoming a genuinely sustainable and ethical business would benefit their brand as well as ensuring they were acting in an equitable and ethical way.
In partnership with our network of technical advisors we conducted an operational study to identify what commercially viable changes could be made and we implemented a set of strategies related to food waste, energy consumption, employee engagement and recycling.
Following this we advised the client on which areas of their corporate responsibility programme they should communicate to their customers, so as to positively influence brand perception.
