In our initial work with new clients we often find that amongst the reasons we have been invited in is that there is a disconnection between what the brand messaging is communicating and what consumers think about the brand. This leads to a wasted media budget and a decline in relevance - consumers simply don't believe what the brand is saying. We develop influential marketing campaigns to counter this and reverse any negative impact of previous strategies by directly influencing the attitudes consumers hold about the brand. Following this we then look to directly influence consumer behaviour.
