New brand creation - case study
A start up non-food retail chain asked us to create a new brand for them that would cut through the established competition. They wanted to position the brand differently to prompt consideration amongst the existing customers of their main two competitors. We worked with the board to define a long-term brand promise, then used this as a platform to create the brand personality, identity and guidelines.
As a result of the positioning of the new brand sales are 20% higher than the initial forecast which has enabled the business to secure additional funding to accelerate the rollout of additional stores.
